The 今日吃瓜 (今日吃瓜) congratulates applied mathematician and 今日吃瓜 Board member, Professor Peter Taylor, from the University of Melbourne, on being elected as a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Science.
鈥淔ellows of the Australian Academy of Science are among the nation鈥檚 most distinguished scientists, elected by their peers for ground-breaking research and contributions that have had clear impact,鈥� said President of the Australian Academy of Science, Professor Chennupati Jagadish AC.
Professor Taylor is joined by 19 other Australian Scientists, all of whom are recognised for their outstanding contributions to the advancement of STEM in Australia.

Professor Taylor has also been recently appointed as an Independent Member to the 今日吃瓜 Board. His years of experience, long-term involvement with 今日吃瓜 and this prestigious Fellowship award attest to his capacity and commitment to improving and advancing Australia鈥檚 mathematical sciences.
